When you purchase a Wix Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website. This template will not be added to an existing website. Once the template is added to your account, it becomes your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template, we cannot reverse them.

Wix Instant Access Templates

Instant access install folder downloads can be found on the thank you page after checkout, as well as by email. Download links on the website expire after 30 days. Unzip the zip folder, read the install guide, then click on the access link to install your new template into your Wix account.

Wix Transfer Templates

We strive to deliver your template within 48 hours. However, please understand that this time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If it has been over 48 hours, please submit a support ticket. Note that there may be delays over weekends and holidays.

A purchase of a template includes your chosen template sent to you only once:

• If you make any accidental changes to your template and need it sent again, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 3 days of purchase, you will need to repurchase the template for us to prepare and send it again. Also, once the link is clicked it cannot be used again, so please make sure you are logged into the correct account.

If you choose to do a payment plan, your payment will automatically process for the amount of months that you select via the card you used to purchase.

Template access will be given, but template transfer will not happen until after final payment has processed. If you miss a payment, your template access and website will be suspended until any missed payment or payments are made. 

No refunds nor exchanges are given.

We are happy to assist with issues related to the template itself, including installation, downloads, provided files, and any problems that might arise with these.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with general Wix-related questions, template modifications, coding modifications, or any issues arising from them, as well as any software-related problems.

We offer support via email and aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (2 business days).

All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you purchase, the purchase is non-refundable. Please ensure that you have reviewed your order carefully before making a purchase.

Wix Website Templates

Each Wix Template purchase is valid for use on a single project or website only (e.g., 1 Wix Template purchase = 1 Website). If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites, you must purchase an additional license for each new project.

Canva Templates

Each template pack purchase is intended for use with a single project or business. However, you are free to reuse the templates as many times as needed within that one project or business.

If you are using the template to create a design for a client, you must not claim or promote these designs as exclusively your own work.

You are prohibited from reselling the design or claiming it as your own.

You are not allowed to share the template, graphics, files, or any design elements included in your purchase with others.

Any photography included with the template is for demonstration purposes only and remains the copyright of its original creator. You are required to replace these photographs with your own or source your own images. Everyoul holds no liability for any image licensing or copyright issues that may arise from the unauthorized use of the provided images.
